The Importance of Religion in a Depression

Jimmy Jones' family had no church, and as far as anybody could tell, no religion. One lady in particular took Jim in and kind of became something of a daytime surrogate mother. He learned that he was absolutely special and unique but couldn't get any attention or love at all from the two people who were supposed to be his parents.
