When i used to work at whole foods, i was al like tricked into being a vegan. And it just in food, ye, it made me feel like i had no energy whatoever. As soon as i realized, ik, oh, i'm not eating meat, that's my problem, my energy levels shifted completely. I get a very specific type of yogard, and it's got like 28 grams of fat in it per cup. And ever since i've started integrating that into my diet, no dental pain, you know. It's totally reversed the problems that i put myself through from candy, soda and all that other junk food bulshet that you grow up
