Are Africana Religions a Part of Black Religions?
rumor started to circulate that black religion, some in particular, o vudu and obia, involved some kind of cannibalism or human sacrifice. And these are miths that just appeared out of nowhere in the post emancipation period. There were never these ideas that am cannibalism and human sacrifice and such am practices werese part of black religions. But suddenly there becomes this narrative develops that these practices are our key components of all aphrodisporic religions.
