Quality Is Easier to Measure Than Quantity

Yorlika: A lot of the stuff that we create, we can say, oh, wasn't that great? Somedemes that that is why i frequently end up skipping my weekly review. The quality one seems to not have an advocate in my brain. So i'm trying to be much better at listening to the manager's side of myself as well as the creative side of myself. Yes, it really is a challenge. I don't know anybody that finds easy.
