Are You Avoiding Conflicts?

Many people are living in a pretty chronic state of unexpressed truths from their hood on up. When i avoid conflict, i have, in a way, i have to stuff my truth. I'm withholding some important information that could help us get to a better a. And when i do that, i create an inner conflict. So now i've got an inner conflict, and i've got the conflict with you. Ecause if i had to betray myself and not say anything to stay in relationship with you, that's an inner Conflict. As one of my friends who's getting a divorce said recently, i just learned to go along to get along. The cost is your own integrity.
