How to Get to the Health Orb in Level 3

There's a very interesting altar there as well which has interesting functions that i won't spoil. If you go down if you go halfway down that uh that chasm you'll start hearing the orb music. The next are a little bit harder to get to because you can see it but it's not so easy to get to.
