Hyponatremia - Can You Apply the Diagnostic Framework to Hypovolemia?

The patient stopped eating because she had this loss of appetite due to her COVID. She admitted to drinking about six liters worth of tea a day because she had perfused diarrhea, as well as some vomiting after she started her paxillobid. On initial testing, she had a low serum-osum confirming a true hyponatremia and then had uridosums of 117 in a urine sodium of 31.
