Is There a Difference Between Product Analytics and BI?
In the near term, I want to keep pushing the boundaries of the kind of scale that NetSpring is able to support. We feel that we are prioritized and gotten the most important pieces done already. But there is still a set of things that we need to go down and keep meeting our competitors in terms of different kind of analysis that they can do. And then more aspirationally, I feel that this distinction between BI and product analytics is very artificial. So my vision is that some years from now, we won't be talking about these two separate categories. We'll be talking about one powerful analytics platform, which is able to power both use cases.
