What is the research showing us, or what's the most promising research right now on long-term sustainable weight loss? What are people doing i think the most promising approach is to follow the eating pattern that would be recommended for good health. I definitely see a particular personality type clients we've had in the past and people i know, that do really gravitate towards cavalry county and do quite well with it. And an that's a problem with short term diets. Here are the foods you can't eat. Here are other food you never should touch.
