How Do I Honour the Covenant?

Sabbath day is a deeply personal and sometimes familiar cultural thing. It's difficult to give a list of dues and don'ts, so one principle would be a what can i do to honour the covenant? Gathering on the sabbath was important for them to go and to participate with others in liturgical prayer. The idea of praying together is very different than personal prayers. And then there's hymns, the singing of hymns to and the wonderful thing that that does.
