Many of Clinton's signature achievements have become controversial in the aftermath of his presidency. The crime bill, which was a big part of his early legislative agenda, has become incredibly controversial for its effects on African Americans. Many people feel as if they've been left behind by trade and weren't adequately trained for the new service jobs that came with it.
