We have these team and we say to the teams, here's where we want to go. How can you further this organization's mission and goals on purpose? And it is for the teams to come back with o krs. Now this shouldn't be just the bottom telling the top how they're going to do things. That's as bad as the top telling the bottom how to dothings. This, this should be a co operative exercise. This is collaboration to achieve some outcomes. But it is largely the teams that are deciding what their o krs are.
