How to Provide Positive Repetition When Teaching an Intern
The only mistake you truly make is the one you don't learn from. So that positive reinforcement, so much of what we talk about as learners are in medicine is negative reinforcement. The second thing I would do is I would sit down with Tim and just like I'm asking Tim to debrief with the intern, I would debrief with Tim. Same idea is that we're going to keep on doing those same things that are going to build them up and build that skill set.
