Nietzsche on the Free Will Debate

In so far as we are actually pursuing what it is that we want even though we didn't choose what we wanted we still feel quote unquote free. As much as it's a mistake to say well I pulled myself up by my bootstraps I am choosing to be what I am right because I have some sort of choice over my own nature the way Chopinhauer perhaps thought of it is just as silly as saying well I'm in chained by my passions.
