Biden's Campaign Strategy Hurt Down the Down Ballot

The strategy that it took to focus on the battleground states, I think to some extent seems to have involved, you know, winning white voters in the suburbs. That seems to have been really important and the reach out to people who are typically Republican voters. But those Republicans may have voted down the down ballot for Republicans.
