Culture is effectively about behaviours, just non-negotiable behaviours that people buy into. So what would you say with the three behaviours that define the culture at Manchester United said that you've experienced? Training standards. High standards in training was a culture, work ethic and that mentality to win. The hunger, there's a desire, there’s a desire there that burns every day you can see. And he had a fair amount of success in his night when he came, but he probably could have done more. Wolfrid Zahar, huge talent, great individual talent.
