The Advantages of Working With the Unions
The strength of the unions in the Northeast are much different than the further south you go. In this area, the union is not as strong as it is in Philadelphia or New York. So I think both us and nonunion contractors don't have to deal with quite as much on them pushing regulations. They want to help us. It's almost like a temp agency that has a lot more benefits to it as well.
