The Long Tail of Location
I think cities will become not less important but probably even more important in many ways but much more so as places to live rather than just places to work. We'll see kind of a redistribution of people along I call it like a long tail of location and there is this kind of long tail now of people opting into smaller creators and listening to niche content that suddenly can become really big overnight. Companies are not necessarily going to look at bringing someone into this box that we signed a 20 release for and look more for how can we empower employees to have access to whatever space they need wherever it is optimized for whatever tasks that they're trying to do today. The office will both no longer be a place
