The Evolution of Shopping Centers

Cale: malls just continue to get, and we use malls as a catch-all, but all of these shopping centers just continue to reinvent themselves based on whatever's happening. The more open, the enclosed class A malls are doing fine, but the more open ones are also doing really, really well. And I think it points to an extension of some of the retail trends that we've seen the last three years, not really changing, but just evolving even more.
