Is It Influenced by the Spran?

A lot of creatures onrshar, and they are related to spran, i think, specifically the ricadium. And then there's other creatures as well. But basically it always comes down to this point, is that they have hyper intelligence for that creature. Like whatever creature you're looking at, it's more intelligent on rashar than you would see on other planets. So something about the spran is also influencing the evolution of all different types of creatures on that planet.
