The old lady at the front desk with her husband shackled to her is maybe the image that lingers with me the most. There's something unnerving to how casual she is about it, yen, just kicking him. A lot of the, i mean, the town, everything in hobsend is very effective with, you know, using a small town and then sort of moving things a few spaces to the left. Even when they first arrive, there's like, no one around, which is creepy.
