The Mizzare's Test: Is the Trump Indictment in Good Faith?
David Gergen: The lawsuit doesn't give me much faith that the Trump indictment is in good faith, if that makes sense. He says there's so much grandstanding here and it seems more geared towards headline generation than to simply quashing the subpoena. Gergen: Norm Eisen made a compelling case for why this should not be seen as frivolous but he didn't change my mind. "I wouldn't say he changed my mind. Like I'm not flipping sides on this"
