Do You Think Regulation Is a Good Basis for Policy?

i'm not convinced that trying to make these kind of guesses is a good basis for policy. Trying to do o regulatory, con conduct regulation is at least a more kind of repeatable and predictable and sustainable model than guessing the toss of a coin on these tteny, tiny acquisitions. I like those, because i feel like this, they'll probably be a part too, or maybe a part, fre to te stor becausethat right now, our communation will be purely speculative.
