Is There a Difference Between Contacts and Distance Glasses?

When you sit in front of a screen and you wear glasses meant for distance hyperopic to focus the things that makes your eyes worse is happening the most when you wear distance glass for close up. If you're going to do nothing else, get a pair of glasses a diopter and a half less than you distance glasses. You can see a computer screen fine but not further. Much better for your eyes, right? Those close up glasses shouldn't be contact lenses because while you're staring at your computer screen, reduce blink rate. That's a lot of hours.
