The Rise of China's Overseas Bases in Central Asia

There are very strong attitudes both among the elites and among the people particularly in kazakstan and kirgistan towards china. There is only one soft opening in in central asia for chinese peoples armed police to put these two facilities, that's the jikistan everywhere else. The chinese effort is dwarfed by what russia is doing also because of the language issues  and i can't see this changing anytime soonOne interesting example this is mongolia which is of course you know completely at least in central asians with other outlets such as arabarjan and then turkey.
