Is There a Brain Drain?
Do you think that in domains like this, there is an academic brain drain going on? I think it's overstated. What we're seeing at the moment is tremendous success. We're seeing universities really doing great jobs producing the computer science graduates that a companies want to employ. And indeed, th there's huge demand at the undergraduate level for training in these areas. So we need to do that at the faculty level.
