The Importance of Goals in a CEO's Life
I do goals because it's like, hey, do you want to just bore the actions? Yeah. And then after discussing those actions, then sort of the issues that the challenges they're facing. The last sentence of the issue is gotta be what decision do you need made? Right? Otherwise it's just a venting section. So if a goal starts with a verb, it's not a goal, it's an action. Makes sense. Uh, and then issues, the issues section is sort of diving into like discussing kind of like we just did, right? With it with an issue that I was facing with, uh, you know, my team and motivated them after this sort
