Dr. Loner-Breen was an ER position working at the height of the pandemic in New York City. Her sister Jennifer Breen-Ficed and brother-in-law Cory Feist founded a foundation fighting for mental health for all health care workers. Clinicians fear losing their license and credentials because of overly broad and invasive mental health questions on applications that are stigmatizing,. discriminatory, and frankly violate privacy in the workplace.
