How to Measure Distance on a Circle in Three Dimensions
There are an infinite number of points around that circle. The circle is infinitely divisible. You're saying you want a different ruler for each point. That circle would generate something of one original dimension plus one dimension, which for me would be a way to measure length at every point on the circle.
