i think fernt run, but it kilk a lot. Of service base businises probably don't do that just due to the bringing on more employes. You're competing with somebody who's dad handed em down to business. It's never gong tobe a hundred hundred million dollar business. But, and you can, you know, we were lucky enough that self student storage kind of translated really well into self storage. And that's a real state business that we do now that i think itis really the kind of future of of of what we'll be doing.
