Is There Anything Not the Answer?

Bureaucracy is the best way that companies show their employees they don't trust them and they don't care. I think people have, of course, worked remotely. A lot of things went on line. You don't call somebody from a jar and have a discussion about how to solve something now. So i think people are less happy as a whole, but i think it's mostly affecting then new comers.
