Private Equity

One of the things I hear about in private equity is, look, we're just going to tell you what to do. Is that in some sense what we're kind of speaking and counter to when we talk about being helpful, not impressive? Yeah. We're partnering with businesses that have been successful. So they already know largely with their formula for successes. And so us coming in and telling them what to do is going to disrupt the way that they have proven to create value. Our job number one is to learn how they have created that success and then figure out if we can be helpful to them to be more successful in the future.
