The Ontburners and the Marketers - What's the Theory?
We did a linguistic analysis of all the interactions that happened between the volunteers and the ot burners. We conclude that the marketers help these ontburners to better differentiate their product surface offerings in the market place. And then relatedly, when we go out and measure in the field, do these business audits, what we find is that, indeed, those ot burners, a hundred and 20 or so, randomly matched to a market or they offer different product, but also products that, on average, were higher priced,. had higher contribution mark ups and just delivered more value.
