The Importance of External Branding

I feel like the agency does the execution, but it doesn't actually work unless there's the strategy is authentic and coming from the company itself. I think that's part of it is you just want to get an outside perspective. You'd much rather have one person from the outside, be the one who gets it right or fucks it up than dealing with months of internal squabbles.
