The Effects of a History Lesson on Human Nature
All impressions given to children that have an imaginative or pictorial quality tend to be perfected during sleep. The astral body and eye being leave the physical and ether bodies and re enter at the moment of waking. Arithmetic and geometry are a sort of chameleon. Their very nature is to harmonize with every part of our being. Instead of perfecting what has been communicated to these members of our being, we make it less perfect while asleep.
