Conservatives are suing the Biden administration over its plan to relieve students of their debt. The first lawsuit was filed by a borrower in Indiana, who says he doesn't want to pay an income tax on his student loans. Six states accused the Obama administration of overstepping its executive powers. A third suit was filed at the very end of last week by the attorney general of Arizona.

This episode was produced by Victoria Chamberlin with help from Jillian Weinberger, edited by Matt Collette, fact-checked by Laura Bullard, engineered by Paul Robert Mounsey, and hosted by Sean Rameswaram.
