Is It Temporary or Structural?

I think what we've got to wait and see is whether this shortage that exists is temporal or structural, right? So i think if there are enough number of people who have actually quit for good, and eno your platforms can't remedy it overnight, then you will see a situation where, i think wages will go up. I was also reading about it in the s, and i said, here, what are these guys doing differently? And apparently some of them are getting those workers back in by giving them some one time bones for asking them to rejoin and reconnect with the platform. They seem to be doing some of those things.
