What's the Process for Equity Release?
The remortgage market, purely based on the rates, is only active when the rates are lower. So it's a case of switching from one lender to another. It's just same as setting up a new plan and ultimately use the money from the from the new lender to pay off the old one. On average, average sort of ar customer the national newspapers were talking about was saving approximately 50 thousand pounds in interest.
