Is This a Wayward Weather Balloon?

Biden administration has made guardrails a central component of what it's seeking from China. I would be curious to know whether the Chinese mentioned anything about the balloon, because again, there are ways for Beijing to contact the United States and say, hey, guys, there's a wayward weather balloon. It'll be really interesting to look for evidence in China of anybody suffering consequences for this. For instance, Congress is going to take a huge interest in this incident.
