As the Somali government weakens, and those counterfence of installed, Shabab will probably look elsewhere to do attacks too. They've already done major incursion into Ethiopia last year; who knows how many Hibab troops actually got through Ethiopia? Kenya is facing some of the worst IED attacks they've had in several years.
