Exercise for Rheumatoid Arthritis
There's no detriment doing even high intensity or heavy lifting exercises with any of these types of patients. Rheumatoid arthritis being, being a primary example, they can do whatever they want to do. There are some slight changes to that if and when they have structural change. Things with ankylosing spondylitis, for example, if they get spinal fusion, they're not going to be able to flex or move their spine as much as someone without it. But from the exercise point of view, you're fine. And there's no worries about doing heavy or high-intensity stuff if that's what they want toDo. Even sports that find to go and do sports
