A lot of times these stocks are very broken so if you look at the daily charts they're just down trending for years and years. You know that not only is there going to be supply from dilution but there's also going to meet people who have been back holding these stocks who want to get out for break even or just minimize their loss Or they just give up over time. Just knowing that these companies are very toxic from their by their nature it helps to identify that there's an edge there.
