Is the Sample the Most Representative?
Small randomness could end up playing just a huge part of it. The larger sample is actually usually still a better predictor than getting rid of data to make it more representative. It all comes back to this idea of context and it's like what we're trying to figure out here is what is relevant, what isn't.
