The Walking Pad: A Product Review

Getting in your seven and 10,000 steps per day is one of the number one things that you can do to live a long, healthy life. The research on walking seven to 10,000 feet per day, getting your heart rate above 90, while you're doing it, there's almost no better research than that. So I find this thing called the walking pad and it goes up to almost four miles per hour. That allows me to talk with 10 of my team members each and every week while walking. And so when I'm walking and talking, I set it to two and a half miles perhour. If I was walking to my own, it's about three miles per hour
