Is There a Crisis?

The current year's spending runs out in September. That will be followed shortly by the next government shutdown crisis. So yeah, those are the two major things we can see now, but we don't know what other war may break out. What other natural disaster could require some sort of action that suddenly you do have a must pass piece of legislation and you don't have the ability to pass it? We just don't know a little bit yet.
