Any activity which reduce emissions could potentially qualify for a green credit. The specifics of it and in some ways the details of that will be very crucial to see who it will leave out and who it will actually be able to bring on board. It is from the way it is drafted, it seems like it is going to be mostly online. But I think who are the new people who will need to be, who can actually participate? What kind of paperwork will they require will really depend on, it is actually a trading platform.
