The Importance of Having a Good Coach

It sounds to me like what you should look for is a coach who just maybe goes over your games with you and gives you ideas. Not necessarily that person who's going to lay out a plan for you. Though some people, that sounds great, right? Like I'm a lump of clay mold me. It just kind of depends on what the individual needs.
