i had a facionomy, where they open the fascia all the way along the leg and that essentially opens the room for the muscle to ooze out of the muscle compartment. i was walking around now at one 75 and lost an incredible amount of weight, most of which was muscle mass,. because i really didn't have anything else to lose.
