I think it was really in that first year on the job where I was like, I really love what I do. And I don't see any reason why I should be pressed to rush this just to get a different title. Like, you have to go you have to take time in these different levels to really kind of build up that skill set. You're not setting yourself up for success if you try to jump through all these hoops so quickly and then end up being done with your career in a few years.
