Relationship Building in Product Management

In product management, the team has to have confidence in each other. Do they believe that you can be the product manager? And then how confident are they in the product? It's not a one-size-fits-all, but you've got to have some sort of basis to understand who you need a relationship with in the first place and then where do you stand with them? Then you can go forward and build things.
